Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Nudge, a WhatsApp-based reminder service operated by Studio Juicebox Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By messaging Nudge, you agree to these terms.
What Nudge is
Nudge is a service that lets you send it things to remember, and it reminds you about them via WhatsApp. It's not a general assistant, a chatbot, or a substitute for professional advice of any kind.
Using Nudge
- You must be 18 or older to use Nudge.
- You're responsible for the accuracy of what you send us — Nudge stores and returns what you tell it, but doesn't verify it.
- Don't use Nudge to store or send anything illegal, abusive, or intended to harm someone else.
- We may suspend or end access to Nudge for anyone who misuses it.
Free trial and subscription
- New accounts get a 7-day free trial, no payment required upfront.
- After the trial, continuing to use Nudge requires a paid subscription, currently £5/month (billed via Stripe).
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
- You can cancel any time by messaging Nudge and asking to delete your account, or by managing your subscription directly through Stripe.
- We don't offer refunds for partial months, but you won't be charged again after cancelling.
Reliability
We do our best to make sure reminders and messages arrive on time, but Nudge depends on third-party services (WhatsApp, Twilio, and others) that are outside our control. We're not liable for missed reminders caused by outages, delivery failures, or issues with these third parties. Nudge is a helpful tool, not a guarantee — for anything time-critical or important, please don't rely on it as your only safeguard.
Your data
How we handle your data is covered in our Privacy Policy — these terms don't repeat that, but they're both part of using Nudge.
Changes
We may update these terms or the service itself from time to time. If we make a significant change, we'll try to let you know via WhatsApp. Continuing to use Nudge after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Ending your use of Nudge
You can stop using Nudge and delete your account at any time by asking Nudge to delete your account. We can also suspend or terminate access if these terms are broken.
Limitation of liability
Nudge is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including missed reminders, data loss, or any decisions made based on information Nudge provided.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
